L’Olivo (2+1 people)
Lodge of about 50 sqmts with double room and king size beds, kitchen, bathroom and living
room. The living room, like the kitchen, benefits of a beautiiful view on the nature thanks to wide
windows. In the living room a sofa bed is available which can offer two extra beds.
L'Olivo, located on the ground floor, has a big external patio and a garden for exclusive use of
guests. A communicating door can create, on request, a bigger space with the L'Olivastro
lodge.

L’Olivastro (2 people)
Lodge located on the ground floor, 30 sqmts, with kitchen corner and bathroom. Half of its
perimetric walls are windows that create the feeling of living entirely surrounded by the woods.
L'Olivastro has a independent access to the front garden and a big portion of the patio for
exclusive use of guests. Its communicating door make it possible to pair it, on request, to L'Olivo
lodge.

La Roverella (2 people)
18 sqmt Room located on the ground floor, with bathroom. It is the only one among our lodges
that hasn't got a kitchen. It represents the ideal offer for people that demand complete relax
taking advantage of our restaurant or other places for meals.
Wide external patio for its guests.

Il Cerro (2+1 people)
Lodge of 35 sqmts located on the first floor with king size bed, bathroom with window, kitchen
corner and walk-in closet. Large panoramic terrace, with exclusive access.
The internal ceiling is very high, made of wood creates a warm and cozy atmosphere.
The walk-in closet, like the rest of the available large space, offers maximum comfort to the
guests. A chair sleeper is available in case of an extra guest.

L’Acero (2 people)
Panoramic and original, it is the perfect compromise for guests that want to benefit of all the
facilities in our farm holidays. Exclusive access to the terrace from a window that occupies the
entire wall. Ceiling made entirely of wood.

L’Olmo (2+1 people)
Lodge (about 40 sqmts) located on the first floor with king size bed, bathroom with window,
kitchen. The ceiling is entirely made of wood. The door/window occupies the whole front of the
terrace (7 metres circa) creating an effect like of a huge painting.
Very comfortable and cozy, also in case the sofa bed is used.
L'Olmo lodge has an optimal distribution of its space and you will feel at home as soon as you
arrive.

Il Torrino del Castello (2+2 people)
Lodging located on the ground floor. Independent from Il Belvedere court, 35 sqmts circa, with
kitchen corner and bathroom.
Wooden mezzanine with bedroom equipped with king size bed. Direct and exclusive access to
the terrace/solarium (30 sqmts). Ceiling entirely made of wood. External panoramic view on the
Castelgiuliano village, called Castello (Castle) by the local people and giving the name to this lodge.
Very young and original atmosphere. Sofa bed available on the ground floor.

Il Torrino del Principe (2+2 people)
Lodge (40 sqmts) located on the ground floor with independent access from Il Belvedere court and equipped with kitchen corner and bathroom with window.
Bedroom on the wooden mezzanine with king size bed and exclusive access to the terrace/
solarium (30 sqmts).
Panoramic external view of Rome (in particularly clear days), thyrrenic seaside and the Il Belvedere del Principe (The Panoramic viewpoint of Prince)
promontory inside the Monte La Guardia estate Young and original, it is different from the other "Torrino" for being a bit bigger.
